Covid 19 Policy
It is still our priority to make this an enjoyable experience and journey for each and every guest along with keeping us and our guests safe.
- Please do not come to the salon if you or anyone in your household are showing any symptoms.
- Please give us at least 48 hours notice when canceling or re-arranging your appointment. Our cancellation/No show policy will come in to affect if not met.
- Please view our new pricing structure, this has been changed due to allowing extra time and if your having a color your full service will be with the same stylist
- A £3 PPE charge will be added to each appointment to cover our new cleaning a sanitizing measure as well as supplying your stylist and yourself with a mask (you may bring your own mask if you wish but the charge will remain)
- When entering the salon their will be sanitizer at the door and you will then be given your mask
- There will be a screen at reception, we also ask you pay with card where possible
- Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to you appointment
- Do not bring anyone else with you
- Bring a bag that you can pop all of your belongings in including your jacket/coat
- Each stylist will have allocated station and you will stay at the same station for the duration of your appointment
- Each station will have a sanitizer for your use and the stylists
- We will not be offering hand massages
- Magazines have been removed so please feel free to bring your own reading material
- Time at the backwash (Shampooing) will never be over 10mins so if your having a toner or treatment you maybe asked to move back over to your station
- At the end of your appointment you maybe asked to wait at your station to ensure social distancing can be kept in reception
These measures are all subject to change depending on government guidance.

Cancellation/No Show Policy.
Due to demand and having an extensive cancellation list, we are asking that you please give us 48 hours notice if you’re unable to make the appointment. If this is not met we will need you to pay 50% of you’re bill. We will however put 25% of this payment towards your next appointment if rebooking.

We offer 10% discount on all our services here at Space. Valid Only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday. Valid to all students with a NUS card.
