Booking Terms & Conditions.
- We have changed our booking provider so the online booking may look different to what you have previously used. If you have any question please give the salon a call on 01392494422.
- At the moment we will not be taking deposits but you will have to give card details to confirm your appointment.
- We understand that circumstances change and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If so, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment, so that we can rebook the time you have reserved.
- Cancelled and rescheduled appointments at less than 48 hours are charged at 25% of the service fee on the first occasion and at 50% on the second occasion.
- No Shows are charged at 50% of the service fee on the first occasion and at 100% on the second occasion.
- Appointments made during the 48 hour cancellation period that subsequently cancelled or rescheduled at less than 4 hours are charged 25% of the scheduled service fee on the first occasion and at 50% on the second occasion.
- If you arrive late we'll do our best to carry out the scheduled service, but may have to make adjustments (e.g. fewer foils or redulced styling), to minimise delays to the next guest.
- Cancellation charges (detailed above), apply to appointments we are unable to fulfil due to late arrivals.
